How long will my appointment last?
All appointments are untimed but generally last between 1 - 1.5 hours based on your current need and the treatment being performed. 1.5 hours are allocated per appointment as a maximum however the actual length of time will be determined by your practitioner.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. When you schedule your appointment you will be asked to leave a deposit to secure your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule please click the button at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail in order to cancel or reschedule, prior to 24 hours from the start of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel or reschedule in time you will be responsible for the full fee of the service. We understand that life can be challenging but if you are going to be late please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to accommodate you. We will wait for 20 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment, if we haven't heard from you we will consider your appointment a "no show" and it will be flagged in our system.
