Do I need a doctor's recommendation to make an appointment?
As of 1/25/2021 a doctors recommendation is no longer required. Previously do to the Covid-19 Pandemic the state had issued very strict public safety measures. Only essential medical treatments were being allowed. As of right now a Doctor's recommendation is no longer required.
How long will my appointment last?
All appointments are untimed but generally last between 1 - 1.5 hours based on your current need and the treatment being performed. 1.5 hours are allocated per appointment as a maximum however the actual length of time will be determined by your practitioner.
I purchased the Sacred Touch Class, but I can not find the videos. where are they?
When you purchased the class, a PDF file outline was sent to you. The video links are embedded into the document. Simply click on the title and you will be redirected to the video player automatically.
Is the Sacred Touch class safe for my family?
Generally, yes! Massage and touch therapies are safe for the general population when done safely. If you have a medical condition or are unsure please seek advice from your medical professional.
Can I share my class with my friends?
Every purchase is registered to a single Email account. You may play from your device or your account however, redistribution is strictly prohibited.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. When you schedule your appointment you will be asked to leave a deposit to secure your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule please click the button at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail in order to cancel or reschedule, prior to 24 hours from the start of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel or reschedule in time you will be responsible for the full fee of the service. We understand that life can be challenging but if you are going to be late please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to accommodate you. We will wait for 20 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment, if we haven't heard from you we will consider your appointment a "no show" and it will be flagged in our system.
